How do I secure my booking date?
We require a signed agreement and a full payment to hold your date for a once off shoot and a 50% deposit for a retainer. All payments must be paid in full before the shoot date takes place.
What is the turnaround time for deliverables?
Drafts to be turned around in maximum of 14 days. With 48 hour window of feedback to be returned, & 1 month turn around for completed work. * This is subject to change and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances
Do you provide raw or unedited footage?
We believe the editing process is an essential part of our creative voice. As such, we only deliver finalized, high-resolution works that meet our editorial standards.
Are you available for Domestic & international travel?
Absolutely. We specialize in destination storytelling and are available for travel worldwide. Travel logistics and accommodations are handled following our initial consultation and will be covered by the client.
